This website is not covered by the UK Government's Online Safety Act and any new criminal legislation that the UK Government may try to force on its citizens in the future. I do not accept any liability or responsibility for hate crime, hate speech, cancel culture, or any other insane definitions of legislation that is designed to restrict UK citizens freedom of speech or expression. I am not responsible for the actions of the UK Governments will that it chooses to impose on its people and I will be not be held liable by the UK Governments Authorities as I do not consent to the Online Safety Act or any new hate speech laws that they may attempt to pass in the future. They do not apply to me and I refuse to be governed in a manner that resembles a dictatorship. The content of my music, songs, lyrics, videos and websites is strictly my own and I hold all of the private intellectual property rights for what I create, including any content. I refuse to be told what to do, be dictated to, or controlled in any way that negatively impacts my freedom of speech or expression. I am not affiliated with Ofcom, CIISA (the creative industries standards authority), the UK Government or any other entity against my will. I will be not be prosecuted without a fair jury trial under an orwellian dictatorship. I have a right to a presence on the internet on any platform, website, app, streaming service, or other future service without the constant threat of censorship and removal of anything, including content that I create.
